    Past Lives-- any comments welcome please :)

    Needless to say, ive been around for a very long time.

    There is someone i need to contact from a past life. Someone that i KNOW to be alive in this day and age. Someone that comes to me in dreams, and touches my mind quite often. Does anyone has a preferred way of doing this? I am open to any thoughts, meditations, etc. I would like to contact this person and I am also wanting to learn. :)

    If you have a rough guess of where the person is located (A continient is a good starting place) try scrying over a map. As you narrow the area you scry to by lowering the scale of the map ( from continent to country to state to city) you may find it easier to just go there and look around.

    If you know your way around the astral maybe you could send out a call-
    Or you can always just meditate and ask Mother Earth to send them your way.
